Because the possibility of the customer locking out the PCM by installing it improperly, we do not accept returns under any circumstances.
If your jeep has a grey key, it is equipped with the Sentry Anti-Theft System.
If your jeep has a black key, it does not have a Sentry Anti-Theft System.
If you are looking at a PCM from us, we include the proper key with the chip if it has Sentry. (If you do not have the key with a Sentry PCM the jeep will start and shut off almost immediately)
If you install a non-sentry computer in your jeep and your jeep has the sentry ring around the ignition, you will lock out the PCM and make it un-usable. (You can just unplug the ring around the ignition)
We test every PCM prior to removal and we include the keys if it is a Sentry PCM.
